Redder.in Return & Refund Policy (2026 Update)

At Redder, we aim for 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer an easy return process for Store Credit.

1. 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, the "Request Return" option will automatically expire in our system.

2. MANDATORY: Doorstep Quality Check (QC)

To protect our inventory and ensure a fair process, all returns undergo a physical inspection at your doorstep by our courier rider.

  • The Rider's Instructions: Our riders are instructed to physically verify the item before accepting the pickup.

  • Inspection Criteria: * Tags: Original brand tags must be attached and unbroken.

    • Condition: Item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or odors.

    • Packaging: Must be in the original brand polybag/box.

  • Right to Refuse: If the item fails any of these checks, the rider will DECLINE the pickup on the spot, and the return request will be closed.

3. Refunds (Store Credit Only)

Once the rider successfully picks up and scans your return, we will process your refund as Store Credit.

  • Form of Refund: You will receive a digital Gift Card for the full purchase amount sent to your registered email.

  • Store Credit: Valid for one year. Credit can be used sitewide on all future orders.

  • Important: We do not provide cash/bank refunds to the original payment source. All returns are processed as Store Credit only.
